We attended Ventilation Vaximum’s Masterclass seminar last week, it was an honour to learn from their Technical & development Director Jonathan Ramsay Massicotte.

We were instructed in how to correctly calculate ventilation requirements for roofing systems and the most efficient way to implement their industry leading products.

It was a pleasure to update our steel roofing skills with Ideal’s product specialist Brad Whitley.

Over two days, we were instructed on all the methods and intricacies involved in installing Wakefield Bridge steel shingles.

The training involved constructing a demo roof complete with Valley, Hip, Sidewall and even a skylight curb.

We attended a seminar hosted by Velux that instructed on the correct use applications and installation methods for a broad range their products.

The seminar covered everything from measuring and selecting the right skylight to tips and tricks for installation.

The day ended with us installing one of Velux’s deck mount skylights on a demo roof.

Over the years we have accumulated many certifications and training courses.

We have been awarded Preffered contractor status with Owens Corning, been certified as a ShingleMaster company by Certainteed, and awarded certification to install Ideal Roofing INC’s Wakefield bridge steel shingles.

We have attended training seminars with Henry-Bakor, Soprema and Velux.

We also hold certification with Labortek for ‘Working at Heights-Safety’, as well as the elevated platform certification.
