Our Story.

Rosewood Roofing is the culmination of 15 years of experience, working in the Ottawa roofing industry.

In my early 20’s, I moved to Ottawa from my hometown of Hailsham in the south of England in search of a career with room to learn and grow.

Ottawa was the perfect place with a booming economy and a shortage of tradesmen, especially in the construction and roofing industries.

I started my Canadian experience working for a small local Ottawa roofing company (with whom I maintain close ties to this day). Over the next 12 years, I moved up the ranks from a labourer to a fully qualified and experienced installer, specializing in Shingle and Sheetmetal work.

Throughout my time in the roofing industry, I noticed there was a gap in terms of professionalism and the quality of work being performed by many local roofing companies, and knew I could offer something better.

I started Rosewood Roofing to occupy an area of scarcity in the Ottawa roofing market. I knew there was a need for a premium-level local company that could produce the highest standards of quality of work, customer service, and properly trained and qualified Installers.

I am proud to offer the Ottawa community the high level of service they deserve and delighted to be able to give something back to the community that has given me so much.
